Get in God's word and study...not just read He will help you overcome for He's already won the victory! PRAYER is a "powerful weapon" God has given, commanded and taught us to use It makes the impossible, possible, and brings the peace of God...which is difficult to refuse. So we need to humble ourselves and get on our knees and PRAY To be able to withstand temptation and keep the enemy away...
