Happy Birthday Mom, this is a tribute to you
There are so many adjectives that can be used to describe you

You are a loving mom...compassionate, caring & kind
You're always willing to help others when they are in a bind

You've always been supportive of me, no matter what
You're always there during tough times...& there have been a lot

We've always had a good relationship...you've done so much for me
You've been a great Christian example of what a mom should be

I feel we are closer now than we have ever been
I'm so thankful to have you as my mom & also my best friend

You've always had such a positive mind
And encouraged us to put the negative behind

You are beautiful inside and out
You've always put yourself second so that we wouldn't do without

You don't like to fuss or fight 
You try to be a peacemaker & always do what's right

I love you so much...I hope you know this is true
If I didn't have you, I don't know what I'd do

God has blessed me my whole life through
One of my biggest blessings was when He gave me you

I pray He blesses you with many more years
Losing you is one of my biggest fears
